Dr. Patterson Tichy received her physical therapy degree from Wayne State University in 2012. Alex served as the Team Physical Therapist for the USA Olympic Figure Skating Team at the 2026 Olympic Games in Milan, Italy. Additionally, Alex has extensive experience treating athletes and performing artists of all ages and experience levels ranging from recreational to professional. Alex has traveled internationally with the USA Figure Skating Team serving as a team physical therapist since 2019 and has served as a volunteer physical therapist at the United States Olympic Training Center. Alex is a former junior ladies figure skating national medalist, senior ladies national competitor and USA Figure Skating team member.
Nicolette Fey, PT, DPT
Nicolette earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Michigan-Flint and a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Oakland University. As a former competitive figure skater, Nicolette knows firsthand the physical and mental challenges of sports. Dr. Fey became a physical therapist to help athletes of all ages recover, prevent injury, improve performance, and return to doing what they love. In addition to practicing as a physical therapist, Nicolette continues to work as a professional figure skating instructor and coach. Whether supporting elite level athletes, young athletes or active adults, she is committed to helping each person achieve their goals.
