Our sports massage sessions are a health and wellness service that combines various manual therapy techniques to improve overall sports performance, reduce the risk of injury and to improve your ability to train at the highest levels. Secondary to its numerous benefits, sports massage is typically included in the training program of professional and Olympic level athletes. Benefits of sports massage for athletes and active people include:

All of our sports massage sessions are provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy which allows for a variety of manual therapy techniques to be utilized depending on the specific needs of the athlete. Specific manual techniques included in our sports massage sessions are:
- Soft Tissue Massage
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage
- Myofascial Release
- Manual Stretches
- Mobilizations
- Muscle Energy Techniques to correct body alignment and improve musculoskeletal function
We recommend that you receive a sports massage at lease every other week, however you can choose to have sessions more or less frequently depending on your personal needs and goals.
